The square barrel manufacturing eliminates the pulp bending process. Due to this fact this does not effects higher quality lumber requirements. We use up to twice as much wood mass from extracted cubic oak meter. This helps to minimize mass wasting, which is up to 75% during the standard log processing of traditional casks.
Thanks to the well-thought-out design the barrels can be completely recycled as soon as they end with their service life. Stainless steel parts are removed, cleaned and used on new barrels. Having been modified the wooden surface elements are able to be used in the furniture industry. On the other hand, the standard round-shaped cask are due to discard after two or three seasons. The usage is then limited to almost about zero.
Respectively we do not underestimate our wood-regeneration at all, therefore we intend to return to the nature at least those which we had taken for processing before.Ideally, this would be multiples of quantities that were logged for wood mass
On that account there is an intention to plant 3 oaks for one barrel sold. On the tree-planting process we will cooperate with companies who are specialized in these kinds of matters as well as with foresters themselves and of course with forest-owners.
Our lumber-logging goes onward selectively, not across the board. The equal-parameters in growth requirements allows us to use the tree-trunks with specific quality of wood. Wide logging is not possible – a selection of appropriate trees in the forest only. Naturally it leads to the regeneration of lower levels of oak stands, as in some cases it sometimes causes problems due to oak crown density.
